1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zyro ("the Service"), operated by Yash Bharti ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules framed thereunder, as applicable in India.

2. Description of Service

Zyro is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant platform for Indian businesses. The Service connects to your WhatsApp account as a Linked Device (similar to WhatsApp Web) and provides AI-powered responses, document analysis, scheduled automation, and business intelligence features when activated by the trigger word "zyro".

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of India to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Account

To use Zyro, you must provide a valid phone number and create a dashboard account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is fundamental to our Service. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy & Security Policy. Key points:

• We do not store your WhatsApp chat messages on disk
• The bot only processes messages beginning with "zyro"
• All other messages are not accessible to our system
• You can delete all your data at any time from your dashboard
• If you disconnect for 10 days, all data is automatically deleted

We comply with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, violate any laws or WhatsApp's Terms, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. WhatsApp Linked Device

The Service operates by connecting as a Linked Device. You acknowledge this uses the same technology as WhatsApp Web, you can unlink at any time, and we are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Yash Bharti. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by unlinking the Zyro device from WhatsApp. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all data will be deleted within 10 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Grievance Officer

Grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
